SEPTEMBER 28 – Every chapter of our journey usually has an ending. I tried maximizing my time at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as I had a few hours remaining before our flight back to Manila. Jasmin and I slept at the Digital Airport Hotel. Sleeping at the capsules was a great experience since everything uses high technology. The staff gave us cards as our keys to open doors and power on our capsules.

We went walking around the airport looking for some food to eat and souvenirs to buy.

It was almost time for the baggage counter drop-off to close, so we weighed our bags and got our boarding passes. After passing through the immigration, we could see Shainna and Mcklaine again after many weeks. We headed towards our boarding gate, almost 500 meters from where we were standing. We have to run fast.

We got on the airplane and departed before 12 o’clock. I got the chance to see Indonesia from the window. I have that feeling of sadness since I have a lot of memories of the different people I’ve met here in Indonesia. I’m surely going to miss them so much. Terima Kasih, for all the great moments I had with you.

Finally arrived at NAIA Terminal 3

Finally, I’m back in my home country. Rainy weather greeted us as we landed at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Got my baggage, and off we went to the bus terminal bound for Baguio City. Almost there.

Joy Bus bound to the City of Pines

We departed at 9 PM. I had to sleep since our travel time was around five hours, and I was also tired from our trip from Jakarta. Yes, I’m here. I can now feel the cold weather, see my family and friends, everything.
